Service

IPA’s custom monoclonal antibody development service is fast and efficient. IPA’s trademark Rapid Prime Method, IPA can custom develop monoclonal antibodies to an array of antigens including purified proteins, recombinant proteins and small molecules (bacteria, viruses) in 65 days. We also offer a standard immunization procedure which is still accelerated by our patented single-step cloning method which also saves time compared to our competitors.

Rapid Prime - Custom Monoclonal Antibody Development
Phase of The Project	Time & Costing
I. Immunization Immunization of 4 Balb/c mice. Antigen requirements Recombinant or Purified Molecules 3mg of Antigen Soluble Antibens Antigens in solution must be prepare in a PBS buffered solution, pH 7.4 at a concentration of 0.5 - 2 mg/mL	17 Days
II. Hybridoma Fusion Lymphocytes from all mice are pooled and purified. Lymphocytes are fused with SP2/0 myelomas. Fused cells are cloned on Clone-EZ semi-solid media. Hybridoma clones are selected and grown in individual wells.	14 days
III. Screening of Hybridoma Clones ELISA evaluation of tissue culture supernatants using screening antigen. (Takes Place day 65) Positive clones screened with a control antigen to select against non-specific clones. Positive clones cultured to select for stable expressing clones.	27 days
IV. Cryopreservation Five (5) vials, of up to 5 positive clones, will be sent to the Client by courier on dry ice and 3 vials per cell line will be stored with IPA as an emergency stock. The time period to cryopreserve the clones is 2 weeks. Up to 5 positive clones, 3 vials per clone, will be cryopreserved for a period of 1 month on-site at IPA.	7 days
	Approx 68 days or 9-10 weeks total $7900
Optional V. Ascites Production or Antibody Concentration As an option for the Client, clones can be injected into mice for ascites production in mice. As a mouse friendly alternative, the clones can be concentrated in Integra Flasks. The time period to concentrate the antibody is 4-5 weeks.	6 weeks

Confidentiality

IPA maintains all information under the strictest confidentiality. All information and/or materials supplied by the client will be used as directed. Upon completion of the project, all materials will be either returned or disposed of as directed by the client. IPA is willing to execute confidentiality agreements with its clients.
